Michael & Shawna met Senior year in High School. Both from the North Shore area, Michael from Peabody and Shawna Manchester By The Sea. After Graduating from College both decided to move to New York. They bought their first investment property together in Brooklyn. After many renovations and trips to Home Depot they decided to move to Manhattan and start a family. Shawna worked for 7 years as a Graphic Designer on Madison Ave and Michael still owns and operates his Advertising Production company.

Shawna & Michael make a great team, both with an eye for design and many years of business knowledge. Renovating and selling is what they’re looking forward to as well as creating a legacy for their family for many years to come.
